Locally, the HoReCa sector, producer community, and wine lovers were fragmented, with no central, unifying, or elegant event to anchor the industry's premium positioning in the region.

Our strategy was to activate the entire city ecosystem. We secured top-tier international KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and wine personalities to build immediate global credibility. Simultaneously, we integrated the local HoReCa sector as active partners—designing a city-wide network of complementary gastronomic experiences that drove revenue and guaranteed stakeholder buy-in.
