Carmangeriile Moldovan, one of the oldest and most respected meat producers in Transylvania, approached a complex turning point: fragmented brand architecture, inconsistent product and in-store experiences, lack of premium positioning, and an unclear strategy for unifying production, retail, HoReCa, and events into one coherent brand ecosystem.
In a market dominated by price competition, Moldovan needed to reposition itself as a premium regional leader, educator, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) in the meat industry — without alienating its loyal, traditional customer base.
